Let's do a sabotage Draft. NFL, 24 man draft, all-time open.

Each GM selects 10 players first, normal rounds.

After that, each team is randomly re-assigned to another GM. They will have to make the next 8 picks for the team they are assigned. The requirement is that each player they select must have an open position available on that team (i.e. you can't draft 4 centers for your o-line or 5 DE's. you have to fill the roster out as you would a regular one). 2 of the 8 players selected must be in the Hall of Fame and each player must have at least 1 pro-bowl appearance. The goal is to make that team as bad as you can for those 8 picks.

The team is then shifted back to the original GM, who rounds out the last 6 picks for their own teams.

You'll have so many unbalanced teams and "overrated" players listed that it'll be a shit show trying to figure out who's team would beat who's. I think it would get the drafts out of their funk with some arguments and some general laughs.

OK, this may be the stupidest idea ever, but thinking of different spins for the draft. How about an all time NFL draft where you have to draft a different position group with from a year ending with the same number. Everyone can choose whichever last number they want for whatever positions they want.
Example...a GM decides to take his WR's from years ending in 1...then all his WR's have to be drafted from that year pool(51,61,71,81, 91, 01, 11).

Years are obvious, 0-9

Position Groups:
QB
RB/FB's
WR's
TE's
OL
DT's
DE's
LB's
CB's
S's

10 year number groups, 10 position groups, everyone decides which to use where

Each team picks three teams, like 1970's NFL 1980's NFL and 1990's NFL. We can use buckets or a cap??
