It's hard to look at that and just chalk it up as coincidence. I've believed all along that the hit dud some serious damage. Burfict and Pacman saying Brown faked it is beyond stupid as well.

They get praised for it starting when they're teenagers, they buy into their own press clippings and actually become convinced that they're amazing human beings for what they do and that they can't be replaced. I think he NEEDS football right now. Functioning everyday as a non-football playing former NFL player could be kinda rough on him...in another 6 mos or so out of the league we won't forget him, but his tweeting, social media attention getting stuff will fade away from the headlines.

LOL...I agree with a lot of this, but the NFL is serious business to those that play the game. To us it's a game/entertainment as you say, but they don't stumble into this...you don't get to the league on happenstance.

What they are imo are professional athletes...some of them parlay it into real business venture like a Dave Bing did.
