Zeke and Cowboys in trouble again

That’s the only thing I said? And so what if I did say that. Your point doesn’t even make any sense. Your bizarre bro.

The only one here who is full of shit is YOU!!

You tried and failed to start a troll thread. How exactly are Zeke and/or the Cowboys in “trouble” again? This was an ACCIDENT. People don’t get in “trouble” for ACCIDENTS. That’s why they call them ACCIDENTS.

It’s obvious you didn’t read the article YOU posted very carefully. It points out a lot of problems with the plaintiffs allegations. First, the ACCIDENT occurred more than two years ago. It’s old news and was certainly not the subject of any disciplinary action then so why would it be now? Neither the Cowboys or ZEKE hid the fact that there was an ACCIDENT. In fact, following the ACCIDENT Zeke voluntarily TOLD the press he had just been in a minor ACCIDENT.

Second, the entire conspiracy/cover up thing makes no sense. Elliot admitted he was at fault for the ACCIDENT so why would the plaintiff allege a “cover up”? Even if it’s proven Zeke was injured that doesn’t make him “more liable”. He’s already 100% at fault.

I’ll give you one possibility why the plaintiff is NOW alleging a cover up (pay attention... this is gonna hurt your narrow mind): the statute of limitations for a CAR ACCIDENT is 2 years. That means the plaintiff only has 2 years to file a lawsuit alleging injury. As the article YOU posted indicates this ACCIDENT happened more than 2 years ago. However, if the plaintiff alleges FRAUD then the statute of limitations is extended to 4 years because that’s the statutory time period for fraud.

Tex. Civ. Prac. & Rem. Code § 16.004(a)(4) (2016)

It’s very possible that that this plaintiff is simply alleging fraud because he blew the 2 year statute of limitations for a car accident. It’s also possible that the plaintiff is alleging fraud because he’s trying to bring some culpability onto the Cowboys because unless Zeke was driving a Cowboys owned vehicle or was driving his own vehicle but working for the Cowboys at the time of the accident (ie during the scope of his employment) then the Cowboys have zero culpability.

In fact, if the Cowboys and Zeke did commit fraud who did they commit it against? Hard to make an argument this guy was defrauded. As the article YOU posted indicates Zeke is already 100% liable. He can’t be “more liable” if he did lie about his injuries.

It sounds like BS to me but that didn’t stop you from EXPANDING the point of the article to say that Zeke and the Cowboys were “in trouble again”.

Now, let’s hear your blustering about how EVERYONE is taking you “too literal” again. That’s one of your signature moves when you are outed.

It’s old news because TMZ broke the story today and now it’s on all media sites? Brilliant DblDown just brilliant.

2 the issue is not the car accident genius it’s what the article said the injured driver is claiming. He said Dallas was trying to cover up the accident and to keep Zeke from not playing because of a concussion.

I like your long drawn out soliloquy but it has nothing to do with what I’m reporting from TMZ. Lastly, I have no idea why you always come running to the defense of the Cowboys no matter who posts something about them. Probably has a lot to do with you being Handis sidekick VP of the dick head squad.

NONE of this addresses my points.

TMZ is reporting it because the suit was just filed. Doesn’t mean either the Cowboys or Zeke is in “trouble” again.

I also explained why the plaintiff may have been making those allegations but you once again just ignored what I wrote.

This is a public forum dipshit. Anyone can comment

Did you read post #67? That was about as comprehensive and thorough of a mic drop post as I’ve read on here. Why did that not end this ridiculous thread and your idea that there is anything here? The dumbest thing I read was when it was alluded to that Jerry leaked it for leverage.:L

Please God let the preseason games begin
