there's an In'n'Out Burger about 10 minutes from the arena

and a bar with 100 different beers on tap right next to the arena.

Kessel and Tocchet will have all kinds of fun together at the Casinos.

Not sure it does enough for either team though. Pens have 5m in space with no real must sign guys (ZAR and Petterson are RFA, but Murray, Chucky and Schultz are up next year.).

But Arizona is now only 1.7m under with 2 QOs out there (cousins and Archibald). Methinks they still have to do something.
