I'm about tired of pitchers not being able to field their positions. That's just inexcusable. I can live with hits. Don't walk em and don't make errors.

Maybe. I am happy for some of the supposed trades involving our top prospect that DID NOT occur.

I am not as down on AA as just about everyone I've seen post on this thread. When it comes to spending money, he is not in charge. He works within the parameters ownership gives him.
I definitely think the DK trade will provide good to great value for the starting staff.

Having said that, I will be surprised and disappointed if the Braves don't make a couple meaningful trade rentals in the next month or so.

Yes...but he gives $23M to a 3B(who has sucked so far) when we didnt need one. That $23M could have gotten us 2 or 3 solid relievers...which EVERYONE knew was a problem after last season.

Do you think AA knew he wasn't going to be allowed (or able) to make any more deals after signing Donaldson, Mccann and Markakis early in free agency?

Personally, I think AA believed he would be able to spend more $. Guess who is in charge of that?

David Robertson signed for $11M a year.... He is from BHam and grew up a Braves fan if we pursue he is ours IMO

Adam Ottavino signed for $9M a year.

Brad Brach signed for $3M a year and HE WANTED TO COME BACK!!
