PC - Speaking of Andre, that guy had to travel by plane a lot and he was enormous...what happened if he had to take a dump?? I mean, I've done a lot of traveling by plane and those terlets are awful small. I just can't....you don't think....he used a barf-bag?? Yikes!!

(Reminds me of a Midget Wrestling Championship match the Twins minor league team put on down here a few years ago after the final game of the year.)

Time doesn't permit because I'm watching the Ravens / Houston game, but trust me, that match was incredible!

Duensing and Perkins? What an impressive Caravan they put together!
They used to send out 4-5 pretty good players / coaches.
The Twins need to tell Mauer, Morneau, Span, Revere and maybe a couple of the new
guys to get their asses to MN / ND to pump some energy into whatever fan base the Twins have left.
I don't blame you PC, I wouldn't have gone either.

Yeah, yeah, boyz...the Twins are important, no doubt, but I want to know what PC won the bet on. The football game or the Midget Wrestling Match? (It was a Title Match, by the way.) The reason I ask is that I picked the wrong midget in that match and lost money. To make matters worse, we later ran into the midgets at a nearby bar drinking together. I was upset and called them on it. They explained that they were, "burying the hatchet" and that everything was on the up & up. I can't get this out of my mind......

Twins GM Terry Ryan told MLB.com's Rhett Bollinger that he's not ruling out the possibility of adding some more pitching (Twitter link). "I don't think you should ever say you're set to go," said Ryan.

Heard about the Twins caravan from a friend who did go. I guess they talked a lot about the past and the future. Not so much about the present. Guess I can't blame em as there is not a whole lot of excitement being drummed up this winter.

I heard that after it left Fargo it broke down and the team credit-card was denied at the Sears Auto Center. Might as well thumb a ride to Lake Lida and do a little ice-dangling!

Speaking of ice-dangling, this weekend is my annual Muk Muk ice fishing tournament near The Galaxy Bar/grill on Star lake. Last year I caught nothing but a big buzz. Hoping for a better outing this year.

OMG, you are relentless, so I suppose I'd better weigh-in on this.

It's gotta be a starter. Righty or lefty probably doesn't matter with our talent, Fielder will smash any of them easily. I'll take Liriano and go 3 or 4, (the "under".) None of our starters will see the 6th inning very often against the Tigers lineup so Fielder will probably only get 2 ab's in any game against them. I also think we are gonna burn through more than a few young starting pitching prospects as the year drags on.

This is gonna be a very bad year if Mauer & Morneau do not come back big from last year because everyone else feeds off them for one last season (2012). Assuming the worst, count on 2013 to start w/o Gardy "and" Ryan and most of the guys left from the 2010 team. The Pohlads will have cleaned house and the Twins will become the new "Cleveland Indians" of the AL Central. Never really a factor anymore. The Central will be ruled by Detroit and Chicago for 10-yrs., or until the Twins get new owners.
