I Support Law Enforcement.
Not a legal expert, but I believe the warrant can be for HT and still be valid for solicitation.Judge has asked for the original warrant that was issued by the court. """IF""" the warrant was for human trafficking, then the video is illegal. If the Warrant is for prostitution then the Prosecutor is within his right to release the video. """BUT""" All of the important parts and pieces must be blacked out. The judge today said the prosecutor cannot release anything pornographic. Sorry pervs, you ain't gonna see Bob's 77 year old erection.
Any evidence reasonably found can be introduced.
Example if a warrant is for drugs pretty much the full facility can be searched and any evidence found of any crime can be collected and used. On the other end if the warrant is for a stolen car, you cannot search drawers and closets as its impossible to hide the car there.
Again not the legal expert but that's the UCMJ way and the same for the state of California. Of course all states are different and I have no idea how warrants in Florida work.
