First off I posted this because it surprised the shit out of me the NY Post would take the side of Kraft.

Look everyone or almost everyone knows Kraft is guilty of solicitation. That doesn't give LEA the right to illegal search and seizure.

I read that this morning. This part stuck out. Anyone that thought the video would never come out (right or wrong) was just kidding themselves

First off I posted this because it surprised the shit out of me the NY Post would take the side of Kraft.

I'm not saying you agree. I'm sayng the NY Post is boo hooing.

As for the illegal search and seizure, I don't think it is. They got a warrant for "Possible" HT and any evidence found in that warrant can be collected as long as it was found within the scope.
This means all evidence video tapped is legal evidence. What LE would not have been allowed to do on this warrant is search filing cabinets, to search any file cabinet they would need an new warrant, or probable cause off of the existing video tapes.

What gets me is how Florida law allows the public access to evidence pre trial.
That make ZERO sense to me.
