Blows my mind that Kapler thinks this was intentional. Did he not see how wild the staff was all weekend? No way Carle could have done that on purpose.

Agree 100% with how it looked and somebody should have been plunked. But you don't go up and in on anyone. Carle has no idea where his pitches are going. Couldn't hit somebody if he tried.

Got to take one in the ear today if the Nationals have any hair on their ass.

Pretty sure MLB is all over this and wouldn't be surprised if the umps warn both sides before the game.

A 1st inning beaning could be an automatic ejection and then you are into their bullpen.
Wouldn't be an ideal way to start the game for the Nats.

I will predict a 6th or 7th inning event that empties both benches, but nothing happens.
