Also, Maatta continues to play an assertive brand of hockey, and it's especially noticeable in how he's lugging the puck and looking to make plays in the offensive zone. He really wants to have a job when everyone's healthy, and he looks as good as I've ever seen him look.

Well that was just a heck of a play by Helm and Bertuzzi. Helm looked to control a puck out of the air then flipped a perfect saucer to Bertuzzi, who flicked it from a sharp angle into a narrow window for the goal. Not sure Gudbranson made the right play coming over on Helm, though, who had a man on him already, since he vacated Bertuzzi on the back door.
