Yeah, I’d say that to if I had nothing to combat my last statement.
You have nothing to support your statement either because it's purely a subjective opinion you have. You have absolutely zero idea whatsoever that he's going to be biased or do anything to influence anyone. As usual, you're just blowing hot air with zero substance whatsoever.

Hey, why don’t you facepalm more of my posts. You excel at that.

You have nothing to support your claims of no bias. You don’t know ethier. I’m merely using the common sense of it all to say hey a current assistant AD just got a job to voice his opinion on national television every week.

You are just unwilling to believe that.

I have already shown 2 examples of where their could be one. Just because you don’t want to believe it doesn’t mean it’s not potential to be true. Would a potential for conflict of interest suit you better?
So is it or is it not? You are now saying "could". Yes his contract "could" say that he get a bonus if the football team has a certain ranking and then he decided to use his microphone to inflate that ranking. But you dont know anything. You dont know if would be any personal benefit. Your bias is making lots of assumptions.

Yes saying there is potential makes more sense. We dont know anything yet so there could be issues. But we dont know. There is potential.

How would one do that that? How do you prove a negative.

Yes, WE don’t know. I have no bias to this at all. What i do know is comparing a sitting assistant AD bias to one of a former player is not the same thing.

You are asking how one could support a claim of no the person wouldn’t have any bias? You seriously are asking this

They both have the same influence over the voters so it is a fair comparison.

It’s not the same comparison. One is an employee of the university they are pimping. The other is a former player with no immediate connection.

People like you thought Herbstreit would have bias but his one of the most unbiased commentators. They were wrong. Just as you may be but there is no way to prove anything right now.

How does the employee benefit? Show me where Meyer will benefit or is just some the sky is falling paranoia?

An here we go and again, he isn’t employed by OSU. His sole employer is ESPN. You seem to have a hard time understanding this.

Why aren’t you willing to admit he could benefit? Why is it so out of this world thinking that he could indeed? You have no problem believing he won’t be biased. Gee I wonder why.

Not confused at all. We were talking bias and how does employment matter for bias? Its matters for conflict of interest but not bias. I can post the definitions of those for you if needed.

You stated it as fact, that there is a conflict of interest because he would benefit. I have already stated there is a posibility, I can paste the post if needed. Why cant you admit that you could be wrong and he might not benefit at all.

There is a huge difference in talking up your former team to talking up your current employer. You continue to not be able to see the difference. Sure, put the definitions up for both. That won’t help you with common sense but at this point I’m not sure anything will.

An I corrected myself and stated there could be a conflict of interest and it’s a lot more easy to believe than not. I have already admitted that. It’s not my fault you suddenly have forgotten how to read. Shall I show you the post?

Here is the definition of "bias" for you since you seem confused.

bi·as
/ˈbīəs/
noun
  1. 1.
prejudice in favor of or against one thing, person, or group compared with another, usually in a way considered to be unfair.

Why is it more easy to believe than not? I am guess a "bias" makes it easy for you.

Because he works for OSU. He says one good thing about them and it will can be construed as bias. It’s really not that hard to understand. This isn’t Mark May rah rah’n Pitt.

Excellent, did it help you understand the difference between a former player and current employee talking up their team compared to their employer?
