I wonder if it's not that he just lost interest as much as being out of shape? But he does look heavier.
I would imagine the implode of the AD situation could've taken the wind out of his sails.

Correct, though not sure what this had to do with the discussion. someone claimed LA easily makes the playoffs if he goes down. I said how could we know? Even if they went 8-4 instead of 4-8 no lock they'd make it.
Because they were still in the playoffs when he returned. There is no assumption or guess work involved at that point.

So when you've already seeded the only way you fall out is if YOU start losing.

Crazy part about this is that 4 of the 5 Warriors are still on the team (well just added back Bogut) and none of the Clippers on the floor during this time are with the team anymore.

Vince Carter wants to play one more season:

Eight-time All-Star Vince Carter said he wants to return for a record 22nd season if teams are interested in him this offseason.

He would be a nice addition to any team, for his leadership and mentoring younger players.

Vince Carter, 42, is averaging 7.1 points this season in 16.6 minutes for the Atlanta Hawks. He's shooting a career-high 40.9 percent from deep.

Agree I think we get to keep the title no matter what, but in the 2016 Finals (which seems like the topic) Curry played well in games 2, 4 and 6.

Sure.

But his numbers were still way down because he was playing injured. And that isn't my opinion. It is well documented fact.

More stats for you:

2015: 1.8 steals per game, 102 DEfense rating
2016: .9 steals per game, 111 defense rating
2017: 2.2 steals per game, 113 defense rating
2018: 1.5 steals per game, 109 defense rating

In other words, in the season where Curry was the unanimous league MVP, led the league in scoring at 30.1 PPG, led the league in steals per game at 2.1

He had by FAR his worst Finals? He either posted a 4 year low or 2nd lowest total in every major stat.

There is only 1 explanation for rational, unbiased minds.

It's ridiculous.

Didn't we hear all last year and over the Summer how the Kiddie Corps would be a playoff team just by natural progression?

So, either they aren't as good as predicted, the castoffs who we kept hearing how they improved their 3pt shooting are in fact journeyman material because of their play or their personalities...

Or, like I said....

THE ENTIRE TEAM QUIT.....lol

LeBron came back in time to turn it around.

They couldn't because he divided the locker room by playing GM.

You are 100% right.

At the same time though, this isn't the entire kiddie corps. And the non-LeBron FA signings were subtraction by addition. So we will lever know.

First off, I quoted Wiggy's post that had a picture of the smog. From there YOU butted in, as usual, and made your stupid comments.

Also, not sure why you think because it happened before some people were born should make it irrelevant. Does yesterday's history become irrelevant to babies that are born today or tomorrow? See how stupid that sounds?
You just replied to me about the smog. Lie, dance, deflect, distort....them's the facts.

and when you are talking about a city in 2019, yes, something that happened in the 60s is irrelevant to what that city might be like today....unless in this case no one put out the fire.

See your challenge is staying focused on the debate at hand. You spat the same crap over & over again that you confuse yourself most of the time.

I never said those weren't good numbers. What I said the problem is he CAN'T STAY HEALTHY long enough for it to be consistent work. Yet you want to compare him to other guys that are in their prime that also happen to STAY HEALTHY.

And I also pointed out that SOMEONE on that bad team has to put up numbers....much of what was the same situation when he was in Minny. Why is that so hard for you to understand?
And as I keep telling you when they need him to play for the most part he has played. If they were in contention this year he'd have played. The 4 years prior to this one he played as much as AD and I don't see many saying LA should not get him due to not being healthy.

Ah, ah, ah....slow down. I did not say Love was as good as AD. I only smacked you around again for trying to diminish Love for not playing enough.

You also tried to diminish another 20-15 with three 3s game by saying it was because it was a bad team......when this type of game has rarely been accomplished by anyone, and if you weren't aware there are plenty of bad teams with great players.....and most never did it.

Whatever your perception is, albeit it's wrong here, I was quoting a post from Wiggy that had a picture of smog with his comments below. THAT WAS THE TOPIC.

If you quoted & posted without following along that's your problem, and another reason for your dumb postings, whether you want to think you were talking about smog or not. The subject was the Cali smog.

So again, take accountability & move on. That is what you proclaim you do better than others here, yes?

Has Bogut been cleared to play tonight?

Well then you'd be guessing wrong on two fronts.

One, Cali is a much more appealing destination than Ohio. I mean who do you know will buy a home in a suburb & only stay in their house? At some point you will have to venture out and maybe that is the problem.

Two, there are plenty of suburbs in the So Cal and Nor Cal area that are affordable and in good areas.
don't want to break it to you but there are many people in my age range who have no use for a beach or ocean and can deal with cold weather who prefer the lifestyle where they are.

I've been to LA and it was nice, but no thanks to heavy traffic every time I need to get somewhere.

How the AD debacle came about & went down- and LBJ's role in it- probably made it easier for the youngsters to relate to Kyrie when he wanted out of a winning situation.
Might agree, but youngsters there might see it differently if they were winning. Of course, if they were, there'd be no reason to go after AD

I can say as a fan here while I wasn't happy at the timing I get why Kyrie didn't want to play with Lebron.
