travis kelce just set the single season receiving record for a tight end
Apparently it wasn't enough, somehow 3 teams were still worse..sonsabitchesSo I'm pulling some stats for my personal spreadhseet and ran across this...
Khalil Mack had 12.5 sacks all by himself for the Bears in 2018.
Any guesses how many sacks the Raiders had as a team?
13 - Oakland ranked 32 (last) in team sacks. They next worst teams had 30 sacks. More than twice the amount Oakland had.

Well my Raiders "process" has proven to be jack shit the past decade or so. 11 picks, 3 in the first this year. Take that #4 grab the best edge rusher, take the other two #1's, trade back up into the top ten, take the next best edge rusher, then load up on LB and DB's. Don't even bother with WR's or a RB, sign a few one year prove it type deals in free agency, there's no shortage of proven vets who will be available, and offensive rookies aren't helping this team next year, but a defensive overhaul might. Come on Chucky, do the right thing
Probably! And likely a RB too, which, yes they have the need, no doubts, but come on.DK Metcalf, come on down, you're up next on Raiders WR Survivor Island!!!!
Not sure if I'm reading this correctly, and I certainly don't want to pour lemon juice on an open wound, but the Raiders were dead last in sack with 13 total. Next worst teams had 30 sacks.Apparently it wasn't enough, somehow 3 teams were still worse..sonsabitches
naw, that's correct, I was referring to overall sucky-ness and the fact that even though that's bad, they still weren't bad enough, 3 other teams have higher draft picksNot sure if I'm reading this correctly, and I certainly don't want to pour lemon juice on an open wound, but the Raiders were dead last in sack with 13 total. That still favors the Raiders. Cause how many #1 overall picks work out?naw, that's correct, I was referring to overall sucky-ness and the fact that even though that's bad, they still weren't bad enough, 3 other teams have higher draft picks
Myles and Mayfield, appear to be working out, Goff, Clowny, Fisher made the pro bowl, Luck, Newton, Stafford, Long, Mario Williams, Alex Smith, Eli, Palmer, Vick..That still favors the Raiders. Cause how many #1 overall picks work out?

Since 2000 there's only been JaMarcus Russell, Winston, Bradford and David Carr who haven't been at least "plus" players. And Winston still teeters on might be someday status
The past ten-15 years has a pretty good track record.
But...we are talking about my Raiders, and of course they own the biggest bust on that list

@SmokingMonkey
So are you all settled in in Tennessee?
Love that. This time of year love listening to these kinds of videos.
Usually shake my head after watching this guys videos(this ones no different), but rankings this time of the year are pretty rare so its worth a watch.
