So...she should say she is sorry and all is forgiven.

If a conservative makes a comment that is construed in the same manner, they should resign.

If a person with personally held beliefs, but is willing to their job and follow precedence, she should not be allowed to serve on the court because of her religion...unless of course, she is a Muslim that hates Jews. Well, the Muslim who hates Jews can do even better...she can create laws when she is openly bigoted and then the honorable religious person can enforce the bigoted laws the Muslim created.
