Speaking of Adams, with the thunder releasing Abrinas that leaves Adams as the last remaining piece of the Harden trade.
to be fair did you say they would be garbage without Giannis in a previous post?
i think there is a rather large gap between garbage- and average- which you call them in this post.
are they a playoff team without giannis?
may be- maybe not.
i think its as simple as they would win more games with Gortat than Zubac and they want to keep their draft pick.
Let's put a pin in this convo for say, 2 more Seasons?I can see Adams possibly. Big men take longer to develop
ehhh i dunno about that....i mean- maybe but i think thats a pretty high estimate. They're a playoff team 100%. They would win 45-47 games
Steven Adams is really really good- especially defensively.Let's put a pin in this convo for say, 2 more Seasons?
If he comes anywhere close to Adams, I will admit I'm wrong before God, you and Lakers nation...lol
I don't see Adams at all.
I see Cole Aldrich his last Season with the Clippers.
Fools Gold.
Gortat only played 16 mins a game. Then they probably should have stuck with Gortat since statistically, Zubac has been a little better all season and a good bit better for the past several weeks.
In his 1 game so far with the Clips, Zu had 12 points, 9 rebounds and 3 blocks.
Maybe they figure Gortat being a vet still gives them a better chance at winning though? I could see that.
such a strange tradeGortat only played 16 mins a game.
Token starter.
Yo.....did you see we cut our Drunk Serbian?
I wonder if the Suns are mad they ate that Tyler Johnson deal now?
Again:Steven Adams is really really good- especially defensively.
Zubac is nothing. He is an after thought.
Dude...lolThey're a playoff team 100%. They would win 45-47 games
Possible, but you get that Cleveland team swept Toronto and beat the Cs and the great Brad stevens without home court?
Yeah, I did.to be fair did you say they would be garbage without Giannis in a previous post?

He was probably there teaching Zion how to steer his way onto whatever team he wants to play for. The draft? That’s just a suggestion Zion.
So tell me exactly what Mr Flop Harden has done this year exactly? You could say that Chris Paul and Westbrook cancel each other out and then the fact that the Thunder have a better record. Paul George is a top 5 defender and Hardens defense well lol.
That has happened to me before too.OK that's really weird. I didn't write this post, @dtgold88 did, post #20488
But it shows as a reply to me, and I got an alert as well. I SWEAR we are not alts!
Yeah, I did.
Actually, I said worse than that.
I said the Lakers and Bucks would be HOT BUTTERED GARBAGE without LeBron and Giannis.
That's not true.
Major embellishment to get my point across about Why I think the Freak should win MVP.
Even though I walked that statement back, I did indeed say it and I was wrong.
I don't even completely disagree........my issue is the cavs' FO would have been roasted for letting their best player walk.
That said, on such a short deal, they absolutely could have moved him during or after this season if there was a player in trade they wanted or in FA after the season.
And yet The Joker is the only NBAer leading his team in points, rebounds, assists & steals (and only Russ has more trip-dubs this year) & he wouldn't even get a vote. He has the Nuggets in 2nd place in the WC & the Nuggets have missed more games due to injury than any other team. That was mentioned on a Nuggets pregame show last week.
Yep, this is what I mean. Harden, Giannis, Embiid, George, Jokic, Lillard, LeBron, Curry, Kyrie all can make a case (in a vacuum) and all deserve votes. It won't be a walk for any winner.
OK that's really weird. I didn't write this post, @dtgold88 did, post #20488
