I'm certain with cuts and not resigning some of our own (P. Smith) that the 14M will increase a bit. I can see J. Norman being let go as well.

To let Norman go? Probably not since the cap hit would be fairly high and next year likely only around $2m. But you can not resign P. Smith, Crowder etc... Besides, 2019-2020 will not have high expectations and releasing a few over paid players now seems ideal. We have holes everywhere dad so financially, let's be frugal this year, cut the fat and wait for next off season when Gruden & Co are finally fired.

you arent signing them anyway and the team isnt going to do a fire sale after going 7-9 . you can probably let mcgee, reed davis and brown go this year and wait on norman

I like Easton Stick! He is an inexpensive mid round guy, won't cost too much and if you don't like him you can look for a higher round pick in 2020 and maybe you'll already have your backup.

Rypien might be worth a look also.

Recent report on E. Stick says that he throws the ball as accurately as Ricky Vaughn (wild thing) before he got his glasses. Gotta correct the footwork before he's put on an NFL field.
