Refs make that call the Saints get a fresh set of downs and they either get a TD or bleed the clock and kick a FG to give the Rams virtually no time to drive down the field.

It was a blown call but it doesn't decide the game when the team that got screwed gets another chance.

The Saints shit down the back of their leg even before that.

It did not decide the game. The Saints had an opportunity to win after that play.
