"Begging for cash".

Fucking Wiggy doesn't know shit.

Got a $2k pop, $3,500 pop, and some dude who couldn't pay it all so he put $500 down and $364.55 a month for 12 months.

Kyrie Irving won't be playing in the televised game tonight @ Utah... he's attending a family memorial service.

Time for Terry Rozier's reportedly disgruntled @ss to step up!

What most people don't understand is that a business man can be polite and charming and still do his job. Magic appears to me to be a perfectionist. I don't think he would have succeeded in business after the NBA if had not been one and it paid off. That being said the charm is deceiving to those who don't understand that business is still business and while some people might be ugly when they fire your ass, Magic simply smiles at them and empowers them to go look for a new job somewhere else while conducting his business.

It's way to soon to be speculating on Walton's demise and the speculation is only a reflection of those that hate the Lakers and are hoping for quick failure. The speculation does not demonstrate any reasonable intelligent thinking

You're no Tony Robbins.

Big win for the Bucks last night. They're also the only team to beat Toronto thus far, team is legit for sure.

And Boston beat Milwaukee, so the C's are masters of the universe!

Well in the case of the Cavaliers - I agree - their team isn't worth a shit and they need to be rebuilding, so they need to tank and trade for draft picks. Look how quickly Magic Johnson has turned the Lakers around. Now in the Lakers situation, I wouldn't agree because they have a short ways to being a complete rebuild and they need the credibility of winning in order to have a shot at players like Kawhi and Butler, possibly Cousins. We will see if LeBron makes it to the finals Nine Straight but so far he is doing less and trying to get the younger players involved and developed more. That was always a major complaint with Kobe Bryant - when you try to carry the team all of the time like LeBron did in Cleveland - it's a losing formula for the most part - LeBron did get there carrying the team in Cleveland - once, but in the Western Conference - He doesn't have a snow ball's chance in hell trying that.
yah LeBron is practically just coasting- just leading the team in minutes, points, rebounds and assists...hes practically on vacation. lol.....

the Lakers of course cant rebuild- you cant rebuild with LeBron o nyour team!

it is probably good you have a job where you are on the phone and no one sees you. lol....

dude....everyone knows that your a debt collector

please...dont lie to me ...

we know you start every call with

"this is a call from a debt collector, any information obtained is for that purpose...blah blah blah"

if people were smart they would just hang up the phone.

This is a great primer for people to read to handle people that do that job.

https://www.bankrate.com/finance/debt/6-tips-for-dealing-with-debt-collectors-1.aspx

my advice would be to tell the debt collector to have sex with him/herself.

Always tell them that you are recording the phone call. This makes sure they are on their best behavior and dont break the FDCPA (Fair Debt Collection Procedure's Act).

There is a lot of stuff people do not know

First and foremost- you can tell the debt collector to never call you again and then they cant.

https://www.bankrate.com/finance/debt/6-tips-for-dealing-with-debt-collectors-1.aspx

so beg away slugger!

Nobody is begging.....you still don't get. SMH.

Want me to post stuff about lawyers? Nah, we all know their reputation. It's why a lot of reputable lawyers have to combat that image/stereotype.

PS: You may want to educate yourself on what in stat and out of stat accounts are. LOL.

Well, considering he averaging the fewest minutes of his career, he kind of is on vacation. lol

Seriously though, I agree. The Lakers aren't in "win now mode" just yet, but they are definitely not in "rebuild mode" either.

They're kind of in "rebuild/win now purgatory mode". They know they're not winning a title this year, so they don't have that pressure on them.

But they are expected to, at the very least, be in the playoff hunt all the way to the end.

lol...dude i totally get it

you are a 3rd party debt collector

companies that have late accounts roll up their aged receivables and sell them to your company for pennies on the dollar- and then computers robo-call people that you beg to pay their years-old bills.

and hey- say whatever you want to about lawyers- there are PLENTY of scummy lawyers out there that is for SURE.

the vast majority of my job is doing tax work, estate planning work and corporate work.

i have never worked on even 1 criminal case and dont plan on it.

Why is that? Seems like that would be far more interesting.
Its just not up my alley

I had a buddy who did a clerkship at the Prosecutors office and I asked him how he spent his day once-- he said "i watched video tapes of r*pe confessions".

In law school, in crim. law we were learning about manslaughter- and how if you pick up a knife off your dresser- after finding your wife having sex with someone then its manslaughter- but if you leave the room to get the knife and come back and stab them to death- its murder since there was a cooling off period.

Plus, i dont know how much i really believe in our criminal justice system and the ridiculous things that happen where basically everything has to be plea bargained or the system would shut down.

Id much rather work on the civil side and do work with businesses and individuals doing tax planning, mergers and acquisutions, etc....

DJ- all you did was say- NO YOUR WRONG like a 3 year old having a temper tantrum

if i am so wrong please tell me where

we all know you are an employee of a 3rd party debt collector....i cant imagine a more depressing way to make a living then harassing people about years old debts....id have eaten a bullet a long time ago- or found another job. Its why that industry is notorious for its insane rate of turnover. Plus as I said, the FDCPA cuts your balls off.

its not like your company forecloses on anyone or garnishes anyone either- you have NO HAMMER AT ALL.

I sent a VOE a few days ago and this dude called today and popped out with his CC and paid $3,500.

Am I still begging for money? LOL.

At the end of the call he thanked me. I had my secretary send him his PIF letter....

And yes, we do garnish wages for your information Wiggy........because a lot of the accounts we have are in stat, do you know what that is?

I have 7-8 people in my pay file that are getting 25% of their wages extracted from their paycheck.....the average is $500-800 a month. I think one dude is getting $1,000-1,200 taken out.
