Texas:
1. Offense is kind of slow. Huge WRs that can hurt you, but lacking the guy that takes a 5 yard pass 50 yards
2. Mediocre OL. They do nothing particularly well. Just mediocre
3. Nickel position is a disaster.
4. LB play is below average. 1 is great if you don’t run misdirection. The other is slow. Any misdirection and they both short circuit.

Targeting!!!!!

Our defensive captain, Donovan Wilson gets ejected for targeting every othe game and against USCe was at lest the second game this year there ws 2 calls on A&M for tagreting in a game.:L

Some have been questionable calls, but once you get a reputation, the officals are looking for it.

I am question Petersen after that lose. It’s 3rd and 1 with 2 timeouts and and 30 seconds left. You have time to try to run for a 1st. Fail and you kick. You get it clock stops and you can set up for a closer kick. I really don’t understand running the clock down on 3rd doen and leaving it up to the kicker. Just odd game management
Replace Sean McGrew on there with Kamari Pleasant and you get the same result on the right side of that pic.

We don’t have a truly elite RB, only one WR that can get open vs talented DBs, d line depth and youth in the secondary

WR can't get open early.
QB can't hit them anyhow.
D-line has no rush.
DB no experience

New and extremely inexperienced OC whose obsessed with calling wildcat plays everytime we get in the red zone. (And it’s failing a lot).

No pass rush (and this is the PAC so you would figure that’s kind of critical to have)

Special teams are a shocking disaster and we have a HC who preaches about special teams like it’s the Bible.
Pretty much sums it up.

They don't have those 'special' offensive players that can overcome a sub par OC/play calls/game plan.

Second straight year of insanely bad kicking. But worse, all of a sudden they can't cover on kickoffs and/or have punt coverage issues and it has happened several times this season in multiple games. Really a total failure of the special teams units all around.

Defense feels a lot more like bend but don't break. They haven't given up a ton of explosive plays, but they aren't getting after the QB and not nearly the TFL we are used to. It's not a horrible defense by any stretch, but it does have flaws.

Not just the wildcat, but remember a couple of games ago when they had Browning try to execute a straight running option play? :L I really have no idea what the hell they are thinking. They aren't adapting to situations in game and setting up defenses for future plays to exploit what they are giving you. It just feels very vanilla like a high school sort of game plan.

Had it scoped today is what boz is saying right now.

Out for Tennessee and possibly LSU.
I'm cool with him being out for UTenn but it'd sure be nice to have him back for LSU.

Defense. Hopefully that gets better now that we’ve cut out the tumor.

1. Run defense

2. Tackling

3. Offensive line needs to do better, especially in pass blocking.

4. Milton sometimes tries to be too much of a gunslinger, leading to INT's.

Defense and running backs(but O-line isn't great at run blocking).
