IF that really is the case and he is just all about trying to win and get Wiggins and Towns to play better- why the hell do you cry to the media like he has? why do you demand a trade? First of all...maybe, like everyone else, he sees the level of talent KAT and Wiggins have and sees that if they can actually start playing like they care, he could win with them and wouldn't need to leave.

As for the bold, if guys aren't responding to what you're doing, you need to change it up. Maybe he's tried the "pull them aside and instruct them quietly" approach and it hasn't worked.

As for a team to want to put up with him. If a team wants to win, they'll "put up" with guys who care.

Kobe could be a world class asshole. But his teammates "put up with him" and put in the work because they knew it meant deep playoff runs and rings.
