I get it. You're excited. You should be. But to say the Bears easily have the best front 7 in the league at this point is putting the cart about a mile before the horse.

It's really not. The dominance by the front seven is completely unparalleled. As is the talent that merely exists within that front seven.

What's scary is that Mack is just beginning to get conditioned and settled in. As is Roquan Smith - who played full time for the first time all season in Week 4 after his camp hold out. Leonard Floyd just got his club cast off. Bilal Nichols, a rookie draft pick is now emerging as YET ANOTHER monster up front.

The secondary is also pacing for a franchise record amount of picks and could possibly even have both starting pro bowl safeties for the NFC.

This team is for real and is going to be a HORRIFICALLY tough win for anyone.

The Rams D isn't even knocking on the door of the NFL's elite class of defense. They have no edge rushers, their LB corp is mediocre and their secondary just got absolutely torched.

Bears fans knew before the season started and before Mack that something special was coming together in Chitown. The rest of the league was sleeping on us and apparently some still are. We get better every game the rest of the way and take the first of multiple SBs. NFL meet your next dynasty. Ya when I homer I homer with the best of them.
