I just remembered what I forgot to ask about. Anybody know the status of yesterday's casualties? Troy in particular, but also Legursky. Nothing new in the media thread, so I thought I'd ask.

there isnt anything out there about legursky...troy is fine from they are sayin on the sports news channels..they sed he was held out for precautionary measures

that kind of reminded me of these things we had when I was younger.
You blew them up and they had sand in the bottom. So you couldn't knock them over when you punched them. It's going to be a long year.

I did AP .. ponder did ok for his first pro game .. a little time behind center and he should be good

Didn't see it, AP. Busy as I am, I basically allow myself one NFL game per Sunday, which means the Steelers, unless they're not on. If they have a bye, or they're playing on a Monday or other oddball night, I'll watch whatever game looks good on Sunday.

After what I've seen In five games of McNaught. It would make a difference if he was bad.

I think the reasoning behind that. And that probably has changed now.
is that if you're Sitting your veteran quarterback you're pretty much giving up on the season.

Yes, I think the punching clowns pre-date Weebles. If memory serves, Weebles are something else. Same principle, different toy.
