You might be right.

But, they have to try...

Maybe they don't need a LeBron.

But, they need one more guy....imo
I think Chris Paul is a free agent.

The 'way' they found was Houston getting tired. You can't play that kind of stellar D all 48 with a 6 man rotation.

Partially true but this game goes beyond waiting for Houston to tire out because of how fucking bad the Warriors were in the 1st half. I've never seen them worse, especially not in a game of consequence. There's just so many other crazy things going on that I haven't seen anything like it. Tired legs on the 3s came into play sure, but Houston was still defending very well on a lot of those GS shots and they somehow hit them. It was just a perfect storm of everything coming together

Any FO that would make the decision to let a player like Capela walk to get James in hopes that Harden can morph his game into a spot-up shooter while James does his iso ball thing deserves what they get. There's a reason that James supporting cast always sucks. It's because his iso game reduces the value of his teammates contracts. How would this ever work with James Harden? Do people really think that not enough iso ball is what killed the Rockets?

Western finals comments.

Overview...A ragged looking game 7 overall, lot of turnovers and just launching bombs. GS simply had more players that could score and did score...w/o CP3 HOU looked like a rag-tag bunch with almost every shot in the 3Q coming from outside the paint...but worse, they just couldn't hit wide open shots. In the 3Q when GS took over...15 pt IIRC...that doomed them for sure.

LeBron is a different animal, but if he doesn't get anymore OFC support than he got in the BOS series, I don't see CLE beating GS 4 times.

I just think they are being premature with the Warriors in 4 games crap - LeBron is the best player in the NBA and far greater then Hardin who almost took the Warriors down by himself and some help from Chris Paul. Capella played far above his normal and Trevor Ariza played above his normal - I think some how, Lue is going to find a way to make that a competitive series. Any time you have a champion like LeBron - you can't assume the worst is automatic

You do realize that the Cavs have played this Warriors team last year and lost in a drudging of a 5-game series. And that was with Irving at his side. This is a new roster, but they're not better than last year.

Yes, it's premature to say the Dubs will win. But to say that the Cavs for sure will make this a competitive series is laughable considering the Pacers whom are in a rebuild took them 7 as did Boston that was missing 2 all stars.

Probably lose Gordon too, right?

I have to say no. Crazy to say that, but I don't think he makes them better if they lose Capella and Gordon. His skills are too redundant.

Yeah it would be a super top heavy squad with basically no youth on the team. One lengthy injury would sink their season.

Well, maybe. Let's say Chris Paul gets hurt again for a significant length of the regular season. Or even Harden. If they make the playoffs healthy that's all that would matter. I'm not including LBJ because LOL at him getting seriously injured.
