The only offensive/defensive weakness I see so far this year is LF. Ichiro is done. Game can't hit and I really hate his defense. I know of 3 balls alone he has gotten to that he has dropped or just hit off of him. Not sure we really have any real long term options for LF. Heredia to me is still a 4th outfielder which is a knock on him. It is actually a need position.

Heredia marks the defensive LF, but needs work on his swing, but id rather have him playing out there over Ichiro and Gamel

Agreed, but it would be nice to have a guy that plays LF and can hit some and play some defense and leave Heredia as the 4th OF starting a couple times a week and coming into games 2 or 3 more times per week.

To add to that...If we can get some breathing room and not always fighting to climb back in the mix you could theoretically play around with the line-up to find perfection.
