Barkley ay #1, trade down from 4 to 14 and take Jackson at 14. Have JAckson play sit and learn behind Taylor.

But seriously, we saw what the Browns did with the last top five RB they drafted.

HAve to disagree. Look I like Darnold, I actually like Allen as well. BUT... the Browns DONT need to force a QB pick because they need a QB. If they were a QB away from being a complete team sure. But Barkley is the best player in this draft, period. You dont draft for position over talent in this instance.

if they dont need a QB, then why draft a qb at all?? again, i am not saying not to draft Barkley with the number one... all i am saying is IFFF you are going to draft a qb in the first 2 rounds then you better draft that qb with your first pick... if you are not going to draft a QB with that first pick then you are better off not drafting a QB with an early pick...

I expect the GMen to trade the pick. Now, if I am the team trading, I don’t want the trade done until AFTER the Browns pick. I look for a Buffalo to make a major play to move up to #2

You really think NYG will go to #12? IF the NYG trade it will be to #5 Denver. Im still trying to see if we could trade of Barkley. Best case scinero for us would be:

1)Darnold 2)Chubb 3)Rosen 4)trade with Buffalo for Allen 5)Make a trade up with Denver to try to get Barkley.

I agree they need a QB. But I think taking BArkley would allow them to take a lower ranked QB. Because they do need both positions. And I think BArkley helps out a Allen or Jackson, alot more than a lesser talent RB helps out Darnold.

Browns have Hyde and Johnson. They don't need a RB. It should be a QB at #1. Now if Barkely is there at #4 they should do the wise thing and trade down with us.

We have Fat Rob and Perine... we dont need to waste draft picks to move up and make the big flashy. They were good enough last year, with the better QB we should be awesome.

Not sure they go all the way back to 12, but who knows, maybe Cleveland gets involved as you said.

But for a nice combo of picks (including at least #12 and next years #1), they might be game.

I just wonder where all this heart felt love and desire was over the past two or three seasons? I expect the team to do better because I have been told repeatedly that we have a better QB, and that we will have better talent and health.

So again, if the team DOESNT do better, I will be curious to see the excuses you in particular make.

The team has acquired offensive talent in the past three seasons. What is your point? Any fan wants to add offensive weapons to help the team win. What is going to be your excuse if the team does well this year? b/c you are on record (like skinsdad) saying this team is a lot worst.

Actually no, the team has acquired guys that play on offense, the talent level is debatable. Last year they took a step backwards as far as the talent level went, yet expected the team to do better than the year before. Here is the rub Dean (@skinsdad62 sorry but iM going to speak for you here as well) We both hope the team does well and proves us wrong. But we expect it to fail because we did downgrade at QB, and we did it for the most asinine of reasons. Because much like you, it would pain Bruce to no end to have to admit in any way shape or form that he was wrong.

How on earth can you can you compare last year when we had the most injuries in the league. This is all about KC with you. Let it go. You are all about KC and not the team. ITs all ready been proven that we are paying 5m less a season and we got just as good or better at the qb position. You still don't understand that.
