Is it remotely possible that he will not be asked to play in 90% of the defensive snaps with the Eagles?
And that perhaps those penalties are a result of fatigue and trying to make up for being a bit tired???

Bennett's offsides problem is trying to hit the snap count and the QB's have enough sense to hit Bennett with a hard count that he always bites on. Nothing to do with fatigue. He's lost a step since being paid but should do fine in a rotation with Philly.

So you're trying to convince the hoop that the Eagles traded for a guy who's going to play on average six snaps a game? At a cap hit of $6.6M, putting them over the cap and causing them to dump salary? Hold onto your day job. No one is coming running to offer you a GM position.
