There's still a handful of games left but that shouldn't matter at this point. Who is your MVP?
Harden
There's definitely a contest and probably the closest one history. Even if it shouldn't as close as it will be.
I can see a scenario in which Westbrook wins but it wil not be by a huge margin. Harden is basically matching Westbrook 75% with a better record. Not to mention Westbrook's teammates are all on on his triple double feat every game. Russell is like 6'3 leading the team in boards? Okay. Russel is a great player but OKC won't even make the conference finals IMO.There isn't a contest, Westbrook will win by a huge and bigly margin.
What it will be:
Harden
Westbrook
Thomas
Leonard
LeBron
What it should be:
LeBron
Harden
Westbrook
Thomas
Leonard

Win or lose the MVP Westbrook's season will be remembered as the greatest single season of any player in NBA history. Big O is the last player to average a triple double and no one mentions he didn't win the MVP or finish with a winning record.
Kawhi Leonard. He does everything on both sides of the ball. Doesn't cherry pick / inflate his stats to the detriment of the team. Keeps his mouth shut. He's not a fake tough guy; nor a flopper. Isn't too lazy to play defense every night. He is the LeBron and Durant kryptonite.
Hands down. No question about it. He really should've been MVP last year too.
Not when his FG% is worse than every team in the league....his scoring is vastly overrated this year because of the amount of shots he takes.
