Just over a week before the next round of qualifying starts. Sucks none of these games are anywhere near me. Hopefully we keep the recent success going.

Luckily they had a World Cup send off game against Turkey in Philly just before the last WC, hoping they do something along those lines again this time around.

I think it is in Columbus.

We tend to play our home matches against Mexico there.

The history of that: Back in the 1980s and before, the US Soccer team used to be very hurting for cash. Not many fans would show up to our home matches. So we used to have to play our home game against Mexico at the Rose Bowl stadium. We'd sell out the stadium, but our "home" games were 90% Mexican fans. But we needed the money. Once the team became more financially stable and more popular, we moved those matches to Columbus. While it only seats about 24,000 the crowd is more US friendly

I could see it being a draw only because the guys have had a lot of time off together. However I'm expecting more of a 2-1 or 1-0 win. This team is now better than Mexico, partial thanks to their crap coach. I would love it if Mexico somehow didn't qualify but that's pretty much impossible

I think it is possible that they will be forced into the 2 game playoffs for their WC spot. Honduras and Panama are hot on their ass as Honduras is 1 point behind with Panama just 2 points behind. Mexico plays Honduras in Mexico City while Panama host Jamaica. Panama should win and the mexico game can go either way.

So I don't get beIN Sport and have to stay in tonight to watch the kids while the wife gets a night out with friends. I know a couple of websites to watch the game but the resolution is crap. Anyone know of a better site?

The broadcasting rights thing for qualifiers is complete bullshit. Why should I not be able to see my team play on the road?

Always come out flat in San Juan. I just don't get it.

Can still clinch Tuesday though and put a huge dent in Mexico's chances.

that sure didn't go well. Missing Bradley REALLY hurt. Hope he can play vs. Mexico. Surprised Klins didn't put Beckerman out there in his place, or Mix. Especially after seeing how the game developed. Cameron and Jones do not have the creativity we needed. Play one of them, but not both. Not in a game like this, anyway.

With the yellow cards, we're now down Altidore, Besler, and Cameron (ABC) for Mexico. :(

For those who do not understand, ESPN have all USA/Mexico home games and Bein has all USA road games.

How about Mexico losing at home?

So from what I'm gathering now, the USA can secure a Brazil trip AND knock Mexico out of the WC on Tuesday.

This is our first loss after 12 wins. I'm not going to lose sleep over this.

The Mexico loss is huge. Although I think Jozy is out for Tuesday's game which certainly hurts. If we played Costa Rica a month ago we probably win that game. Streak is over, time to move on.
