To win, you got to get a quarterback. Thus, Rams are taking their shot.

The big question is: Is that quarterback in this draft? But in any draft, very rarely is there an almost cant miss QB, so they might as well go for it.

In a QB driven league, I don't blame the Rams for taking their shot. We'll see in 2 to 3 yrs if it was a good or bad move.

I don't know but it sure helps my Ravens out....Rams go QB, Browns #2 go QB and that pushes the top talent down to us at #6.....Bosa, Buckner, Jack, Ramsey, Stanley....

It may work, it may not. But not having a QB is pretty much the reason why that team with that talent is a perennial 7 win team. And on the side of ticket/jersey sales, there's obviously a good reason to put a new face on the franchise as you head to LA.

Kind of interesting rumor that the Rams prefer Goff. That would put Cleveland on Wentz or Ramsey. Would SD take Tunsil after he didn't go #1? That might drop Wentz or Ramsey to Dallas. Hmm......

The more I thought about it, the more I think thought Dallas was going to take whichever QB dropped. Now, unless we have another trade I think QBs go 1-2. SD probably takes Tunsil. So Dallas gets their pick of who they wanted other than QB. Secondary, pass rush or Jack. Who knows which, but if their scouts do their job they'll improve their defense.

14 of 16 starting ram qbs since 2004(warner) won less than 5 games with team....exceptions bradford and bulger. not a single winning season during that time either.
