You can only talk about women's bball for so long.


However I would watch UConn women's versus any of the men's NIT teams. That would be fun

baylor has a really good shot to beat them.

And Maryland is a matchup nightmare.

Maryland is a miserable machup.

And UConn/MD are 1 win away from facing each other.

I'd recommend watching that one and (if UConn survives) the Baylor game in the FF if you want to see them lose. Also, they were all moderately high scoring games (UConn/MD was in the 80s last time, Baylor was like 72-61).

I think the winner of that half (UConn/Baylor/MD) is your almost de facto NC anyway.

The only women's sport I watch is the beach volleyball, hell even indoor volleyball.

I fixed someone's post for them. Volleyball is the only women's sport I will watch. I prefer beach

Ugh, so much for that. LOL

But while you see the title of this thread, I saw 2 fantastic games, and neither team was cheated out of a well earned FF berth because of phantom basket interference calls.

Not a very complicated game.

Unfortunately I've watched a ton of it since my daughter was a star player in youth leagues and high school.

Same... I don't mind watching soccer at all... All 3 of my daughters were very good, competing at the club level each year...

I also like watching girls softball... I've coached fastpitch for 12 seasons... I enjoy the college games as well as the Olympic team... Easier to get into this because you can't really compare it to the Men's since it's a different game...

BUT I've never been able to get into women's bball at all... Nothing about it excites me... Very slow compared to the Men's... With all the marketing the NBA/College/ESPN has done for that sport and it's never really grown, proves that people aren't interested...

Women's tennis can be a nice watch..

It's a lot more watchable than men's tennis. (Perving aside)

Only sport I can think that i prefer the woman's game. (Curling and volleyball, but that's cuz of the perving.)

Yeah, it does seem like it could be effective... I don't see the men's game going to it however.

men's game needs to learn that basketball interference is when the ball is over the cylinder.

clearly they haven't learned that one yet.

They won't move the 3pt line back because it would mean less upsets in march.

The first one was basket interference last night (though questionable) and the 2nd wasn't... Then again we have to remember we are arm chair referee's and they have to make a split second decision. Can they look at that call though?

neither was above the cylinder. which is critical for it to be BI.
