6.68 cone for Conley at 6ft at the combine. I like that.

Underwear Olympics, he was the 3rd best player in that secondary made better by the likes of Lattimore and Hooker. He would be a real risk at 14. Not saying the kid can't play but he has a better chance of being bust than a star.

He's the one that started for three years. Ignoring cone times is foolish. It's the one combine drill that most mimics on field movement during a play.

Add CB Brandon Wilson, Houston to the mix on day 2. 5'11", 200#, 4.38 forty. Makes pick sixes! I want him!

Eagles signed Patrick Robinson, Colts. 1 year deal. Adds a veteran depth if nothing else.

The former Saints first-rounder was released by Indianapolis earlier this month. Robinson was limited to seven games by injury last season, but started six of them. Going on 30, Robinson has probably lost a step, but was effective for the Chargers in 2015. He could man the outside in nickel packages, and is capable of playing the slot himself.

Tabor stock plumetting timed at 4.73, 4.75, 4.77 in the 40 at his pro day. Looking like 3rd 4th round.

That is awful for him. He has good tape but I don't know if I can trust a guy on the outside consistently in the NFL with that lack of speed.

Daniel Jeremiah has been talking this guy up recently, not getting a lot of attention right now because of the depth and other big names out there.

Richard Sherman, Malcolm Butler, Josh Norman . . . probably some other guys . . . had some slow 40 times. I won't write him off because of it. If that makes him fall, though, I'd gladly take him in the 3rd round.

There's guys who haven't put up great 40's who are successful at the next level ... so I wouldn't take them off the draft board because of a 4.7 40, but you better be sure he has great instincts like the Norman's and Sherman's of the world.

breaking on the ball at the correct time is way more important than 40 speed.

That's what I mean be great instincts ... I'm actually not too sure if Tabor has that though, he "guesses" quite frequently and while that may work in college, pro coaches will double move him to death and without great recovery speed he'll be dead in the water. I've never been a big Teez guy even before anything about a 40.

I can live with a guy running in the 4.6s, but he was mid to low 4.7s at his pro day. Fine if you're a linebacker, but an outside corner? And I think Rey is right, he doesn't have great instincts, and is not even that physical to compensate for the lack of speed. A receiver who uses multiple moves in the NFL will kill him.

No earlier than the 4th round for me.

yep this is where tape comes in to see if he possesses any non-measurable like instincts or ball awareness .. but if he comes out as a guy who gambled a lot hes going to get exposed at the next level and if you dont have the make up speed its not going to get better.

Brandon Wilson is very interesting. I think he was probably a third or fourth rounder before, might be second or third rounder now. He not only ran a great time, better than expected, but other CBs have been dropping due to injuries or bad workouts, moving him up the list.

maybe the CB position isn't as deep as once thought.

I think it's really deep in that there are a good deal of players who project as starters at the next level (2nd - 3rd round value types) ... just not many blue chip, top 20 type guys.

It's one thing not to like Tabor as a Round 1 prospect based on his film, but being knocked down to the 3rd-4th round is ridiculous because of a bad 40 time. I'd easily take him with our 3rd rounder, let alone the 4th.

NJ.com thinks the Eagles may be in play to trade for Richard Sherman. Would you? A combo of Kelce & Kendricks, and a pick = Sherman? He has a huge salary, but he would solidify the CB position when added to a rookie stud CB, Mills, etc., plus our safeties, I think would be real good.

I've been a fan of Sherman since he was at Stanford, he would look awesome in Midnight Green.
