It's hilarious that ya'll are so butthurt that you even give a shit to start with. I hope I never get so upset as to worry about how other people watch football games.

You're a "better fan" than me, grats. Too bad you're a dumbass as well, so I still think I got the better deal here.

I'm butthurt because you're at home during the games, while the majority of us discussing , yapping , trash talking have actually been to the games of the team we follow? LOL, Classic. I think hilarious you put in so much effort here where it doesn't mean anything while most of us think of this as comic relief , to you this is everything because you have nothing else. Maybe if you actually went to some games you'd know how stupid it is to take this here so serious.

Only a fan of a team who hasn't had the balls to travel out of their state for an OCC game since the First Bush was President. And Ohio State was ranked #5 when they played them in LA and was ranked #8 the next year when USC actually traveled to Columbus to play them. I know you dont understand that concept. Traveling half way across the country to play and OCC game.

Yep, you ballsy Trojans can continue to travel all across the great nation to play

You're butthurt because you give even a little fuck what I do. People who aren't butthurt don't give a shit what I do. It's pretty simple really.

And then you pretend like you know me because it makes you feel better to think of me that way. More signs of butthurt. I don't even think about you.

You don't come here for comic relief, you're just a hater looking to hate. Or you are just one unfunny motherfucker who seems to be mad.

I wonder why Ohio state away game didn't show up on the post above. Cherry picking?

Or why he doesnt mention USC traveling to play @ #4 Auburn . Because it makes never leaving the state for a decent OCC road game since 1991 look even worse.

Thats pretty cool. You picked out some bad years for Notre Dame. Very clever of you. Pretty sure they have more National Championships than Florida and they are an OCC game for USC.

Explain your reasoning on this statement please?

Well they are weighted differently based on team strength, but each game counts for 1/12th of the schedule.

It's no different than an average in school. Yeah a 0 will hurt your average, but if you have 11 other great grades, they are all going to count the same in the average and the 1 0 isn't going to be the end all be all grade.

You'd probably think something was wrong about someone who concentrated on the 1 bad grade instead of your average for the year.

Not to hijack the conversation, but I don't go to many games either anymore. I could go to every home game if I wanted, but I just pick one per season because of the cost. By the way, doesn't 4down20 live out west.. Arizona maybe? Anyways, I've got my TV out in the garage w/my friends and family over, BBQ rolling in the smoker and cold beer in the fridge. What else do you need on a football saturday?

Guess it is a matter of semantics. If they are weighted differently, then I don't really consider "It's a 12 game schedule and all 12 games count the same." as counting the same but that's just the way I see it. The weighted ones count more IMO...even if they do not count more mathematically as you pointed out.

Every test you took in highschool counted the same, unless it was a deal where homework counted like 60% and tests counted 40% etc. Or sometimes a final exam might make up more of your grade, and so it would count more, not equally.

Sure your scores are different, but each game makes up 1/12th of the schedule.

Does being that stupid come naturally or do you work hard at it?
I didn't list ALL of the OOC games. I was listing the OOC games that USC travels to that are against losing teams. Why would anyone travel across the country to play a lousy team other than to just brag about how many trips they make. The point is PLAY GOOD OPPONENTS OR DON'T TRAVEL!!!!

Those teams you listed are generally better than average bowl teams. It's not like they traveled across the country to play William & Mary.

I'm not so sure. Over the past 20 seasons ND ranks 27th out of the 65 P5 teams in W/L records with a W/L record of 150-99-0 (slightly above average). Minnesota ranks 48th (121-127), Virginia ranks 51st (117-127), and Illinois ranks 60th (90-149). Then there is Hawaii.

If you look at ranking of Maj vs Maj only.
ND #28, Virginia #45, Minnesota #54, and Illinois #61

Yeah but youve gone right. Yeah he lives out west (Arizona I think). I went to USC Bama in Arlington and I live in LA. I just laugh because he's here, Mr Die hard bama fan quoting every stat but never even seen them play. I go to one away game a year , usually it's the Notre Dame game (Ive got Marine buds in Chicago).

Funny you leave out teams
When your team doen't leave your state at all for decades to play true OCC games do you really have anything to talk shit about these teams USC went to play? USC has went to play teams who have won NCs. Florida stays at home and plays Troy and Charleston Southern.

All teams mentioned are dangerous. There's a big difference between FCS teams and FBS/mid-majors. Even Minn. heads out west and seems to always give some PAC team a scare, if not knock them off. Hitting the road never seems to be an easy thing to do these days.
