Bad time to be badmouthing Wisconsin when Illinois is up next for them. Our SOS is going to take a big hit.

I'll just say this Lovie Smith shouldn't even be a coach at the middle school level. The dude is straight up garbage and has to only have a job because he's black. He's never been good at any level.

This part I'll agree with. Saban's right, the hype is rat poison for 18-23 year olds. Keeping them from going out and farting around against lesser opponents is difficult. Meyer's done a good job keeping their noses to the grindstone IMO.

However, that offense clicking part is against Army, UNLV, Rutgers, Maryland and the Corn Aggies. That list doesn't sell me on the offense yet. To an extent, tOSU schedule would look Wisconsin like if it weren't for OU. Army is the only one with a winning record and one of those wins is against my lowly Miners! The rest of those teams haven't beaten anyone of note. JT Barrett is like Kenny Hill to me...just can't trust 'em much against better competition. I hope he proves me wrong since he's a Wichita Falls boy.

OSU's schedule would be even worse. Their best win was Nebraska in conference and Army out of conference. Sure they had OU but that was a 14 point loss at home. I guess they get the moral victory for that game.

1.) Georgia
2.) TCU
3.) PSU
4.) Bama
5.) Badgers
6.) Miami

I'd agree 100% with this RIGHT NOW.

And again, I'll say that is the folly in even attempting to put one together this early. I'm betting 3 of those 6 end up with a loss by Thanksgiving...and at least one of them has two losses. Looking at the remaining teams, it is looking like Georgia, Bama and Wisconsin are likely to get to the CCG unscathed. I can't see TCU, PSU or Miami getting through their remaining games w/o a loss. But, I'd own Vegas if I really knew this crap.

If all of 'em get through without a loss, it is going to be fun watching the committee sort this shit out.

The most P5 teams I've ever seen make it through the regular season undefeated is 3, and that was back in 04 with USC, Oklahoma and Auburn

I know. I'm going off of how they've played recently. They also barely won at home, and that was after needing a miraculous 3 TD comeback in the 4th quarter. That game didn't prove definitively at all that Wazzou is better.

Based on how they're playing you can make that case. They just don't have the results of a team that should be ranked 2nd. And we're more than halfway through the season, so at some point they need to matter.

My criticism is of all of y'all forcing A&M into the top 25. Screw you all. Now when we lose again this season I'm going to hear about how overrated A&M always is. Our team is young as hell and lead by a QB that needs to work on his passing. Please keep A&m at #26 all season.

You can make a case for them being ranked anywhere from 2nd to 10th. If you're combining performance with results, they probably deserve to be about 7th/8th. You said yesterday they are undoubtedly a top 4 team in the computers, which wasn't/isn't the case now.

But once again, we're not arguing about Ohio State.

Meh, Sumlin is doing a hell of a coaching job since UCLA. You've played better than the sum of your parts so far this year. Last season should have been a strong year for you guys and this year the rebuilding year. Weird how it's playing out.
