The first video I posted was piss poor. Above I posted a vid that is much better followed by two vids posted by 49ers fans after the Seahawk lose. Wish I could find the one made by a 49er fan who lose a bet to friend who was a Seahawk fan ...that one was gold!

Harold, I agree with everything dude at the bottom said. As a Niner fan, there is a healthy fear of a rival within the division when they seem to upgrade their respective team in lockstep with each other.

I can tell you from a Seahawk point of view, we do respect your team. 49ers have won the division two years running and have had some success in the playoffs. Being a Superbowl team is saying something.

That is why I note every move the 49ers make. Seahawks had some catching up to do. Last year I felt the Seahawks closed the gap some what. This year is going to be an epic battle as both teams have made moves to help them, not just win the division( although that is step one) but to win the Superbowl !

I hope a little smack talk will be allowed, on the week leading up playing each other and the week following.

Harold, I would expect smack talk the week of and a bit the week following, but that's not my style personally. I'll counterpunch when necessary. In terms of Seattle vs. San Fran, I see it as the NFC version of Pats/Ravens, where each team has a solid coaching foundation coupled with smart personnel decisions and ferocious play on the field. In the 90's, Niner fans felt the Super Bowl was played in the NFC Championship game, whether it be vs. the Aikman led Cowboys or the Favre led Packers. I feel the same way now with the Seahawks. Prior to the 43-12 or 42-13 pounding that Seattle delivered at home to the Niners, there was no real reason for the Niners to fear the Hawks. They had won the last 3-4 games against them and were getting better. I'm guessing the days of 42-13 are over as I'm sure both teams have taken notice of each other.

I think what we should be betting on is not the score of the game, but the over/under on the collective number of personal foul penalties we will see the second game of the season.
