Rumor: Eagles might trade up for Wentz

Eagles don't have the ammo to trade up to #1 and Cleveland won't pass on him at 2. Unless Cleveland absolutely falls in love with Goff (not entirely impossible) I can't see Wentz becoming an Eagle. I think the Cowpies would take him at 4 ... they're trying to play off like they have full faith in Romo's health, but I'm not buying it. QB imo remains a high possibility with the 4th pick.

If you sort thru some of my posts from a couple weeks back you will see where I mentioned this very thing. Just what they could expect in exchange and who they would trade with is the question. If this has any veracity at all I would think the Chargers would be the partner.

That's a very good point. Everything on the Cowboy front has been about defense. Remember, the Cowboys coaches had first hand info on these QBs from the Senior Bowl? They know who they like, we don't however. I agree with you Rey. I'm not buying into this garbage that the Eagles may possibly move up to 1. Heck, if they didn't do last season with the huge package deal on the table, why would they do not for less?
