Booger MacFarland has the coolest job in the world. Dude sits on a hoovering platform above the field and has just about every camera angle, and perspective at his finger tips.

Just a sidenote.... that pic was taken at soldier field on monday night when the bears defeated the seahawks last year.

I'll agree it's a cool job... and I'll also say that fuckin' moron has zero clue what he's talking about 99% of the time.

I've never heard him call a game that I can remember.


I'd like to see ESPN lose the contract and be out of NFL coverage all together personally. The other three networks that broadcast NFL games all have multiple crews I enjoy.


Somebody needs to get Boomer Esiason back in the booth. He's the best color guy in the buissness imo.

The thing is ESPN is part of ABC but I do agree with you. I think the NFL should give them the ultimatum of bringing their standards up or they won't get renewed. They have been absolute trash for about a decade.

Imo NBC, CBS and Fox all do solid job in their own way. No need for four networks to cover the same sport.
