I agree Kate, but BP isn't feeling the love. Loyalty has become such a chump play. His 3rd MLB franchise was ready to make BP the coolest dude at the car wash when the Reds took a riskless chance trading pocket lint for him, a day before he would have been placed on waivers. I'd be ok with $72 mil. Datdude has career aves like .270/14/65. That's worth like $7 mil ?

His 260/20/100 pace is worth $12 ? Add the gold glove premium, and the Reds still aren't exactly mugging him...especially since every pre and post PED middle infielder is on the DL at 35.

Fuck his feelings.

He's signed and sealed for the next 5 years, and he wouldn't have gotten any more on the open market.

He needs to live his excellent life, play 2nd base, and shut the hell up.

I'm 39 and I'm better than Renteria and Izturis. I don't think Phillips is that close to that level.

Izturis is still a pretty decent glove though at least.

I haven't been in all the parks, but I think I know enough people that collectively have.

I don't see how someone on the Dodgers hasn't been killed not watching the ball. They deny entrance to women unless they are supermodels, **** stars, actresses, or trophy wool.

The propensity for Cubs ladies to also be drunk, gives them bonus points.

Reds are about average- some hotties, but you have to search.

Yankees have lotsa wool. Mets, nada.

Philly is bad. So is Detroit, Cleveland and Pittsburgh. Houston not great. Milwaukee is the worst. I understand why dogs lick their own ass there.

I've been married 3 times. 1st one was a hotty from old money. When it became apparent I wasn't going to be replacing Ted Simmons, or joining Daddys boardroom, she took her quart sized twat to a better class of people who were intelligent enough to kiss the ass of someone that never earned a nickel themselves. I was young, strong and principled and just didn't give a damn. I do sometimes wish I'd taken some goodbye cash, but the lifestyle to which I was accustomed to was a Gulf Coast League bus, a locker room and Motel 8.

Second one was a brainless smoking hottie, had a son with. 17 years later, she wanted to be 20 again, and I kinda wanted to finish what we started with the son. He was 12. He stayed, she booked. There is some justice in life though, now she looks like a pathetic 55 year old ex pole dancer, at age 50, and I have a sweet, cute, intelligent wife that looks 35 at 46, also had 2 sons about the same age as mine, we raised together. Definately my better half, far better than I deserve.
