I think he's got one teeny tiny little knock against him...

I wonder if it's the same thing Boston had against Malcolm?

I was shouting at the TV during the shootout last night. I soooo wanted PK to take a shot.

And, uhhhhh who the hell are Gary and/or Brian Smith?

The only thing that I know about Gary Smith is that I believe he was the goalie who got a good laugh after the Flyers' record undefeated streak.

The story as I recall it is that Philly had just lost the previous game after 35 in a row and were playing the Jets at home. So Gary is joking in the locker room, telling everyone how popular he is in Philadelphia. The teams take the ice to an enormous ovation, the fans obviously showing their respect and love for the team returning home after the end of the streak. But Gary plays it all up like it's for him, raising his arm and waving to acknowledge the cheers, skating around like he's Ray Bourque with the Stanley Cup and just generally hamming it up for the fans. The kind of thing that's probably funnier if you're there, but still a great story.

LeBrun seems annoyed by the Knights twitter guy.

I've got more an issue with the Nashville media who vote on the 3 stars. They are beyond homers when it comes to voting and usually only vote on opposing players if they score a shoot out winner or have a hat trick.

Of all the Vegas tweets to be annoyed by, THAT is the one that broke Leblubber's back? Leblubber is probably just mad that Vegas got a team before "financially viable" Stockholm/London/Berlin.

Meh, nothing wrong with the advice and I would say Kadri has matured quite a bit in the last couple of years. Of course, I reserve the right to lash out at Nazem at his next childish tantrum :D
Berkshire's a sad-sack Habs hack.

Kadri's probably better-placed than anyone to tell him to wake up because he spent years doing similar shit but in the last two years he's stopped with the nonsense and is now freaking awesome.

The Vegas twitter account has had it's funny moments but I get the feeling it's going to be scaled back a little soon. As to Vegas, they're supposed to get Fleury back soon. Make a surprise good team that much better.

That's two nights in a row where I watched a game where a goal was scored in the first 30 seconds.

And that was it for the night.

The Oilers gave it their all last night and still couldn't win. I think they kick the tires on making a trade soon. Maybe they try to get Karlsson out of Ottawa?

Well, it would probably cost them Draisaitl + RNH for starters...

I think there's a good chance Ottawa may try to deal Karlsson at some point but I would be stunned if it happened in-season. They'll never win a trade involving Karlsson but they might get some pieces they want/need in the summer that fits with how they re-do the team after they fire Boucher (this isn't the first cliff he's driven the 18 wheeler off of) whereas right now all they'd be doing is guessing.
