Other than that one drive with the inexplicable two open deep throws, the Lions' secondary looked much improved.

Very much. I was excited to see the defense. Generating 20 pressures on 44 drop backs, with only 2 of them being a blitz is promising. Lesser qb gets sacked several times there. I am curious where the defense ultimately ends up being ranked after this year.

This is also a 1 year thing. CGJ and Mosely are 1 years deals. Improved secondary will need pieces added again.

Seahawks generated 2 pressures on 41 drop backs yesterday... Let that sink in...

Immensely improved.

That was a solidly mediocre NFL effort in coverage.

Which is light years from what they were capable of last year. I’m gonna enjoy this one season of CJGJ back there.
