Senior Draft Analyst for WalterFootball, Charlie Campbell, released a mock draft this morning:

1. Barkley, Browns
2. Darnold, Giants
3. Allen, Jets
4. Mayfield, Browns

12. Rosen, Bills

He says that while at the combine he heard about a possible plan for the Browns to trade for Tyrod Taylor and draft Sayquon Barkely at 1. The first shoe dropped, so he's going with the second dropping, as well.

WF has been caught making up shit before. There is no chance in hell Rosen gets to 12.

Is Dilfer an elite QB like Ramsey is a CB; is Dilfer even average, or are we making weak comparisons just to be prove a non-existent point. It's the latter.
Yo dumbass faulk and dilfer were in the same draft!

You drafted Dilfer because he was a QB.
I drafted Faulk because he was better.
I win.

Dilfer was not a good or even average QB. This dumbass comparison isn't worth the words being typed in response. You know when Faulk won a SB? With freaking Kurt Warner as the QB; that I do remember genuinely, the first SB I remember in fact.

You know when Elway won a Superbowl. When Terrell Davis was the RB.

I would say that's an overrated narrative, but certainly helped the Broncos get over the top.

Elway is vastly more valuable than Davis was.

I'm not so sure about that....not in 97 & 98.....TD ran for 3,758 yards and 37 TD's those two years and was a beast in the playoffs....8 games 1,049 and 11 TD's.....Elway was on a rickshaw, along for the ride.....

RB's definitely had a bigger role than they do now, I'll acknowledge that much.

Exactly.
Many ways to skin the cat.
Draft the best players first.

No TD, no rings....Elway was still a very good player, but he wasn't the run all over and unleash a 60 yd bomb guy anymore....Davis was the difference maker on that team.

Davis may have been the final piece, he was not thee piece. There's a false conflation there that's similar to the Fournette discussion earlier; except Davis was actually very good obviously.
