Who says the Browns are picking at 4 is the thing. Or that it is Barkley for that matter. Ward, Chubb, and Landry will also be on the board at premium positions. At 4 they'd also be picking ahead of the Broncos, which by all indications look like they're taking Mayfield if he's there.
Thats the thing depending on what happens with the Giants. And with the Jets over paying for the 3 pick. The Browns could get major value for the 4 pick. Or they can stand pat and pick anyone from Chubb if he's there,Fitz or Ward, Barkley if they want. Or go RB early 2nd. RB is one of the deeper positions this year. Browns are actually in a very good position
