Jets @ Buffalo will definitely not be played in Buffalo

Potential sites are Detroit, Pittsburgh and Washington. Sounding like Buffalo is going to have a hard time getting the field ready for their game against Cleveland on November 30th.

Makes more sense to just have it in New Jersey. That might favor the Jets unfairly, but come on...they suck so badly Buffalo could STILL win.

The Cowboys/Giants game is Sunday night. Wouldn't give them a whole lot of time to get the field & stadium ready for another game.

The problem there is people still couldn't get to the game. Throw in the road team can't even fly into Buffalo right now with all of the snow so a dome stadium would be nice but it would still be empty on Sunday.

ESPN isn't listing Toronto as an option, but CBS is.

Yeah...true on some counts there but the game could at least be played...unless the airport was totally shut down, the opposing team could get there. Make it free admission and anyone that could walk would probably show up.

We're talking drastic measure here...nothing against BUF, but I've been there in the winter a couple of times, and I don't get it...you have to be born there I guess.

The snow is localized. I live in North Buffalo and there's only a few inches here.

I'm pretty sure the airport is open. Even if it was closed, the Jets could fly into a nearby city, such as Niagara Falls or Toronto, and bus from there.

UB-Kent was postponed yesterday because an equipment truck got stranded in the snow on the way here. All the players were here. There's a chance they play the game at the UB stadium.

Amazing what's happening in Buffalo right now, doubt that game gets played there on Sunday, it's to bad they already played the Jets at home already because you could just switch venues for the game and play in Buffalo later and play the game Monday as the Giants play at home on Sunday.
