So Q and I noticed a really weird coincidence.

there have been 3 superstar WRs in the Soul 12 era who all had the same name: Mike Williams.

That's weird to begin with, but even weirder is that all three lost the vast majority of a year of college, making them a major bust that year, due to a different problem that kept them off the field

USC's Mike Williams tried to enter the draft and couldn't get his eligibility restored in 2004
Syracuse's Mike Williams got suspended and lost the 2008 season
and Clemson's Mike Williams had that devastating injury last year

isn't that really really weird?

i missed out on Jonathan Giles last week by two points. I was NOT going to miss out on AET.

I actually upped my original bid of 28 to 33. it turns out 28 would have been enough, but i don't regret the upping of the bid.

As for my mistake and Ryan Burns already being on a roster, i'm actually glad. Reviewing my roster, I decided I'm actually comfortable with my QBs for now, with Francois, Prukop, Allen, Garretson, and Jones. I didn't need another one. I was wishing i could take back the bid, and lo and behold, it wasn't a valid bid anyway.

and yes, i learn from my mistakes. My cut is already in

if you had claimed him for 40, i would have been sad to have lost him, but you could have had him at that price. i never really considered higher than 35, i'm guessing for the same reasons that you decided to drop your bid to 25.

I think i'm getting destroyed this week by RS, but i wouldn't be surprised if Daniel Carlson's performance for me is a record high point performance for kickers in this league

6 XPs = 6 points
20 Rushing Yards = 1 point
1 Rushing TD = 6 points

Total of 22 points - for a kicker

Kickers get credit for offensive stats but players don't get credit for special teams return yards and TDs? That's stupid
