Here is the thread I will use for waiver claims this year.
Notes-
Waiver claims are due each Wednesday at 1:00 CT. First waiver claim starts August 23rd (Wed before week 0)
Same as always. Everyone will start with 100 waiver points.
- Minimum bid for non kickers is 5 points-
- Minimum bid for kickers if you use your two kicker exceptions is 5 points, so for the new guy. You can be awarded to kickers during the season for 1-4 points.. After that any other kickers will have to be placed with a minimum of 5 point bet-
-If winning bid is the same high bid the person who bid first is the winner-
- Must release player(s) to get down to your 26 man roster size prior to the first game of the week. If you have a player in your lineup that plays Thursday your roster must be trimmed down to 26 before kickoff of that players game. I will try to monitor this and text anyone who might be in jeopardy of this but you also can't rely on me. It is your responsbility-
- You may place one player on IR. Player must be from a creditable news source that he will be out up to 5 weeks. There is a risk with this because if the report says 3-5 weeks he is IR eligible but you CAN'T ACTIVATE him/her (I guess I should include her with Sara Fuller broken barrier that Q is very proud of) until 5 weeks have passed (This is weeks not games). You can release a player off IR before his 5 weeks is up and place another player on IR. However, the player you released is subject to the following weeks waiver claims. You can activate a player on IR after 5 weeks and place another player on IR (with proper injury documentation that the player will be out up to 5 weeks from the start of the time you place them on IR) In other words. You can't activate Joe Blow and then placed Samantha Blow on IR if her injury documentation says she will be out 3-5 weeks and 3 weeks has already passed because at the time of IR the documentation would only be good for the next 2 weeks. This is something that we are going to try this year and I will need to approve the IR status. If a player is a season ender well documented and long term injury then it will be obvious if there is something boarderline then please ask me about it before assuming you can place that player on IR. If this gets too tricky or confusing we will not use it for next year We are going to use it as a trial for this year. I think with the group we have this will actually be pretty easy and not complicated.
Waiver format. Send email to waiverssoul12@ gmail . com (this is a new address) I texted it to everyone so if you email the old address there isn't an exception. I will try and remind everyone as much as I can until it sinks in but again, not my responsibility since it has been listed here, text and in the rules now.

Remember you can't decrease a bid but you can increase a bid.
I am not going to be a HUGE stickler on proper waiver format like SkinsDevil use to be but if you don't do it in proper format I may send you a text asking you to do it the next time. I know what college players go to and what positions they play for but the name and bid amount is a MUST otherwise your bid is obviously invalid. I know who each one of your are as well so while you can include your team name you don't have to. I won't hold that against you.
I think that covers it.. .This hasn't been an issue in the past so nothing really new other then the IR spot.
