Won't take much to improve after yesterday, but I would definitely like to see Tedric either dropped in the depth chart if not released. Horrible game for that guy.

Eric Berry......

Meh. Maybe marginally? The Bengals chucked in 51 times yesterday, much of it shorter stuff that got them down the field on several drives but then couldn't punch it in. They scored by taking advantage of the real problem in our secondary: the deep 1/3 that Tedric Thompson is not really holding down. He was a ball hawk type guy in college but definitely hasn't shown that at the NFL level. Peter Principle maybe, not sure.

Gonna get tested deep next week by the Steelers for sure.

They mentioned it a lot on the broadcast, but keeping Kendricks on the field in coverage was a liability. This may be a move to let us play nickel more often.

Yeah they normally play with 2 LB's 90% of the time and this sunday we had it seemed 3 LBs on the field 90% of the time. This is like the Hawks saying " go ahead and throw on us".

If we decide to use 3 CBs at some point in this game it will probbaly help.

If it makes them more comfortable putting 3 CBs on the field it's already helped.

so i found this on Seahawks.com Bobby plays every play 77 snaps Kendricks and Wright played 69 snaps each. So i guess that means for 69 plays out of the 77 ( 89.6% )on defense 3 linebackers were on the field. Seattle normally played nickle for that amount of snaps. No wonder the passing game tore the Hawks up. That was a pretty good estimation when i said they had 3 LBrs on the field for what seemed like 90%

As a slow 15 lb overweight white man... the Seahawks called me about playing corner.. but I had to decline because I know I'm better than that.

What do you guys think about the Hawks maybe making a move to get Jamal Adams. I realize he's a SS but maybe him or McDougald could transition to FS. I don't know, just spit balling ideas here. I think bolstering our secondary could make the team a contender. Who knows, maybe J.S. can bamboozle the inept Jets F.O. into taking Ifedi and throwing in whomever.

Anything that makes the back end stronger in my opinion is always a option. They need a "true" SS or FS and then put McDougald in the other spot and KEEP him there. They also in a CB, at least 1 and they need to start taking that 3rd LB off the field more on passing downs. Lots to work on and many ways to do it.

Also why has Blair not played more? thats a 2nd round pick!

Well Delano Hill is taking his place and he was a 3rd round pick so before we move on from him I would like to see what he can do on the field I like hill as a player he came from Harbough system in Michigan. The thing about Blair and all rookies is that they are still new to the game and veteran players will take advantage of that doing things they havent seen before. so I see with Pete they put a lot of these guys on special teams before putting them on the starting lineup. Kam Chancellor didn't start until his 3rd year I think

He got hurt.

he has played a couple snaps the past two games. If hurt you would think he wouldn't play at all. Maybe they are trying to beef him up a little because of how he plays? 6 foot 1 195 pounds is a little light for the violent way he plays.
