Flyers sign T.J. Brennan to multi-year deal

Not sure I get this deal.... but we'll see.

The farm team is going to be absolutely stacked. Nothing wrong with the Phantoms winning another Calder Cup. We went to the Stanley Cup Final and lost in OT of game 6 just a few years after the last time the Phantoms won it all and with some key players from that team too.

Establishing a winning culture for the young guys like Sanheim, Fazleev, and Lyon as they join the fold. Also should be established for Rubtsov, Laberge, Allison, Konecny, Provorov, and Myers when/if they ever play for the Phantoms as well.

Also allows those guys to play a little lower in the lineup and accept greater responsibility gradually, rather than coming in with the expectations that they'll be the major players on the team. All part of Hexy's plan to bring prospects along slowly and as they prove themselves capable of handling the next step.

Agreed especially about the winning culture part...its all good.
