how's the air up on that pedestal? Pretty thin, I'm guessing.

Maybe he also understands 95% of what I write is to get a laugh.

But I've yet to see a post with the last great white RB.

I also have nothing against taking him... just not in the first round.

WTF, man! I gave you a pic of Mike Alstott. Was that not great enough for you?

I'm going to go with John Riggins.

I was thinking him the other day. He truly was the last one that we could build a consensus on "great". I thought of Czonka as well.....but Riggins lasted longer.

I don't remember any others scoring 4 TDs in one game.

Al Bundy is my favorite TV character of all time. I loved that show!

I know it isn't sexy but I wouldn't mind getting an OT with the first pick.

The OT prospects are not that great, versus some real great ones at most of the positions we have needs for at this time.

If we draft him, once Shaun Huls gets his hands on him I doubt adding strength will be an issue anymore. Some kids are not lifters, doesn't mean they're not good football players.

Give me a month and I can hit 225 10 times and I'm pushing 50. Thats high school football strength not NFL running back strength. I find that impossible to believe he's that weak.

So far Williams, Davis, Cook, Fournette, Reuben Foster, Ryan Anderson, Ross and Humphrey have had pre-draft visits with the Eagles in Philly -- Williams, Davis, Cook, Fournette were all in today.

How did these guys work out?

*Aqib Talib | Kansas, CB : 2008 NFL Draft Scout Player Profile

Tyrann Mathieu’s bench press may call his work ethic into question

2014 NFL Draft Profile: Willie Snead

Plus I realize it's a different sport and strength is applied differently, but former NBA MVP and scoring champion Kevin Durant did ZERO bench press reps at his combine back in 2009, for what it's worth.

BP is an overrated stat. It is important to some extent at certain positions, but I don't read much into it. I can give you plenty of other examples of guys who pass the eyeball test and can probably lift houses, but can't play for shit.

I've heard Marshall Faulk couldn't bench 200 even once till his senior year of high school. Once he hit the pros though he became a fixture in the weight room. You need functional strength to be a RB ... strong lower body and a strong grip to not fumble. Dalvin Cook who had 22 reps at 225 has fumbled twice as much as McCaffrey in college.

Point is... I don't want a 15 touch max guy with the 14th pick in the draft. Maybe in the 2nd but I have serious doubts about him. He won't be a feature back. He'd be an awesome side weapon on a team like Dallas or New England. I like Cook a million times more if we were to go RB.

If Dallas somehow got him, we'd be in trouble for a very long time.
