To be completely fair, the guy didn't handle the sample like he was supposed to. I wouldn't believe he ever did anything wrong but it still wasn't "protocol". In fact I think he is actually correct in thinking it was safer for him to hold on to it, than dropping it off at Fed Ex for the weekend.
Still wasn't right for what Braun's defense team "suggested" could have happened.
