Starters...

As the original "Point Forward" (after John Barry that is), I decided Pip should run PG... Defensively he is capable of slowing down all of the bigger PGs while also being able to run the offense... Joe Dumars is especially important in that he can switch and cover the smaller quicker PGs if need be and can help run the offense like he did in Detroit... His ability to stretch the floor is also useful in providing space for Pippen to take advantage of his size... Kawhi is a 39% career 3pt shooter 2x Dpoy so he can also stretch the defense while providing suffocating defense... In fact defensively my team can switch and cover all 5 positions and all 5 guys are exceptional defenders... Offensively we will play inside out Dream is our first option and we attack the weakness otherwise as all 5 of my players are dangerous scorers...

Bench mob...

Nash has all the weapons he needs to run the up and down game he excels in... All time great James Worthy thrived with running the floor with Magic, and while Nash is no Magic he runs the show the same... Bernard King provides another all time great scoring punch while Mitch Richmond will be dropping bombs on the other team... Ewing PnR/PnP game should be deadly with Nash at the helm and with all the moving parts and scorers around him this offense should give me the scoring punch I need to finish teams off... I can only think of one group who could slow this team down and they are my starters lol...

Starters- 2 dominant Centers are near impossible to defend, but if you think you can then i have the best 3 point shooter of all time to cause fits for defenses... then of course there is Barkley and Drexler... all i can say is good luck...


Bench- My goal for my bench was to have great defense AND great free throw shooters.. I have 4 very good defenders and then Billups who is one of the best scoring PGs of all time...

Simply put, absolutely clogged middle... neither big goes out past 8 feet from the basket if that... on the opposite side I can pull my guys out 15 feet at least and his bigs will either let KG and Dream hit wide open jumpers or they will get killed on PnRs...

If WLK had started Nash at PG, he'd have got my vote. Pippin at SF, Leonard off the bench. Pippin has zero shot against Steph, and you can't get the ball to your own bigs

Biggest problem with Milks team is the paint... Barkley is .266% 3pt shooter, Glide .318% 3pt shooter... I can help off them as the strength of both is attack the basket and post... Shaq and Wilt won't move...

I actually like Shaq and Wilt in this matchup somewhat defensively but offensively I just don't know how things will pan out.

I got WLK in a close one.

Last thing, Kawhi is a go to scorer beside being a .391% 3pt shooter and while his career is 14.3 ppg his scoring has gone up ever year he's played 21ppg last season...

WLK has been the hottest owner in these mocks recently, but I thought this was his worse team by far... In fact, I thought this team was the worst in this mock...

I think using Leonard as a starter, is kind of a joke... He has only played 5 seasons and only one season of more than 70 games... and that is also the ONLY season he averaged more than 17 points per game...

He really has very limited offense, as he went very strong defensively... Dumars and Pippen averaged 20 or more points less than 5 times in their careers... Garnett never averaged more than 25...

So he only has ONE elite offensive scorer in hakeem...

and if hakeem was on my team he would be the WORST scorer of my starters...

I might be clogged in the middle, but that also minimizes WLK's BEST offensive player...

WLK does not have the one player to take over the game, I have 5 of them...

Both Hakeem and Garnett are great defensive players but both are a mismatch on shaq who has 70 pounds on both of them...

I think there is a misconception that elite defense can STOP elite offense... it cant... it can only contain it... and that is if it does its best... Containing my elite offense is still more than your baby offense can do...

Which he averaged over 25 points per game... so it is not like Hakeem did a GREAT job defensively...
