I'm not sure if Smith practiced this week but Romo hasn't. He doesn't practice on Wednesdays anyway but did not yesterday either.

Smith (shoulder) practiced fully Wednesday, the Chiefs' official site reports.
Spin: Smith thus appears headed for a probable designation in advance of Sunday's game against the Jets, who have surrendered a league-high 22 passing TDs to date.

Spin: Smith's level of participation has yet to be clarified, but his presence Wednesday -- in any capacity -- is a good sign that the shoulder sprain the QB suffered in Week 8 is not likely to prevent him from starting Sunday's game against the Jets.
